Quality Assurance and Project Oversight
The City of Indianapolis and Marion County outsource their Information Technology hardware and software maintenance and support to a third-party vendor.
Watertown Group provided vendor oversight and contract compliance services to the City / County for their Information Technology outsourcing initiative. Responsibilities included monitoring the vendor’s performance against contractual Service Level Agreements and conducting quality assurance reviews of the vendor’s deliverables.
