Strategy and Milestone Review
The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) recently prepared a Strategic Plan that defined a series of strategies, objectives and associated milestones designed to reshape FSSA operations and service delivery across each of its Divisions.
Watertown Group conducted a Strategy and Milestone Review to document progress-to-date and identify relevant recommendations to address issues or deficiencies for consideration by FSSA’s Executive Management Team.
