Technical Blueprint
The Indianapolis Private Industry Council (IPIC) and other not-for-profit organizations provide an array of services to customers to help improve their quality of life. Unfortunately, the identification of customer needs and delivery of these services are at times fragmented or duplicative, resulting in gaps in services to those that need it most. IPIC spearheaded an effort to help address the service dichotomies that exist when not-for-profit organizations provide services to their customers.
Watertown Group developed a Technical Blueprint for IPIC and a consortium of not-for-profit organizations in central Indiana to provide a detailed framework for coordinated service delivery. Watertown Group facilitated meetings with not-for-profit organizations and with selected customers to develop the vision, high-level business and functional requirements, implementation alternatives, roadmap, technical architecture, resource requirements, and estimated costs of personnel, hardware, and software required for future phases, that IPIC and the Consortium required to enhance their service delivery capabilities.
